About the Role

The Country Manager – Sales (Australia) will oversee ICT’s commercial operations across Australia, driving enterprise growth, channel success, and vendor alignment. Australia is a core strategic market for ICT, requiring strong leadership and technology distribution expertise.

Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership

Develop country-wide growth strategies, revenue goals, and account plans.
Lead sales forecasting, budget planning, and market expansion.

Channel Ecosystem Development

Strengthen relationships with major distributors, resellers, cloud providers, and integrators.
Recruit and enable partners aligned with ICT’s portfolio and expansion goals.

Vendor Engagement

Coordinate closely with Supermicro, cybersecurity, cloud, and software vendors.
Ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional alignment.

Enterprise & Corporate Sales

Engage enterprise customers across government, finance, healthcare, and retail.
Lead major account negotiations and bid responses.

Market Insights

Monitor Australia’s ICT landscape, competition, pricing trends, and regulations.
Identify high-growth opportunities and new product lines.

Reporting & Leadership

Provide structured reporting, insights, and performance metrics to APAC leadership.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, presales, and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
10–15+ years of ICT sales experience in Australia.
Strong network with Australian enterprise and channel partners.
Experience working with global technology vendors.

Skills

Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities.
Excellent market and customer insight.
Strong communication and strategic thinking.
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
